At Tapped In Psychotherapy, we help individuals and couples navigating the impact of trauma, stress, infertility, pregnancy loss and the transition to parenthood.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. We offer a warm, grounded presence and a collaborative approach- one that helps you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself.
We know that working through these experiences can be hard. That’s why we move at your pace, always with care to keep you within your window of tolerance- so the work feels safe, supported, and sustainable. Our hope is to help you create a lasting shift- one that feels honest, embodied, and aligned with who you are.
Infertility & Pregnancy Loss
Infertility can affect us in many different ways- socially, relationally, financially, and physically. It is often experienced as traumatic- it is deeply emotional and can disrupt our core beliefs about ourselves, the world, and even how we view the meaning of life. We can experience grief at not being able to conceive the way we may have planned. The various relationships in our lives can be affected- how we connect with our partner, our family, our friends, even our co-workers. We may feel a deep lack of control, and it can at times feel extremely isolating. At Tapped In, we have a depth of experience with Infertility, including lived experience, and understand the complexities and demands it has on so many aspects of our lives.

At Tapped In Psychotherapy, we understand that pregnancy loss- whether recent or long ago- can bring waves of grief, confusion, and isolation. This kind of loss is often invisible to others, yet deeply felt. We are here to hold space for your experience with warmth, care, and without judgment. Whether you are processing the emotional impact, struggling with identity, or navigating changes in your relationships, we walk beside you. You don’t have to do this alone.

The perinatal period- including pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood- can bring a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. We provide specialized support for individuals and couples navigating this complex time, including those who have experienced infertility or pregnancy loss. Common concerns may include feelings of overwhelm, anxiety or depression, changes in identity, relationship strain, and difficulty adjusting to new roles and responsibilities. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process these experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and promote emotional well-being during this important life transition.
